Hi friends!!! Happy Wednesday! Can you believe today is the last Wednesday in May? It’s kind of exciting, because that means we are right on the cusp of summer…my favorite time of year. Have you tried the Amazon Prime Wardrobe feature on Amazon yet? I’ve done several of them, and today I’ve got an Amazon Prime Wardrobe dress try on. That Amazon is a tricky one. Most of the time they’re pretty good, but every so often, they kind-of pull a fast one. I swear I ordered 8 items, the maximum number you can put in your Prime Wardrobe cart. Well they sent me 6, and one of those wasn’t even the one I actually ordered. Go figure.
Today is also our Style Six linkup, so make sure at the end of the post you check out some of other bloggers posts.
Let’s start with the dress I didn’t pick. HA! It’s a pretty dress, but I had asked for this jumpsuit. This dress is made by Calvin Klein and comes with a built in slip. It runs kinda big…or maybe my chest is kinda small.? #thatsprobablyit
Anyway, this looks like a wrap dress, but it’s a faux wrap. It zips ups the back. The sleeves are a great option for women who are not so comfortable showing their arms. (And I can’t for the life of me find it on Amazon)
As you already know from Monday’s post, I think a little black t-shirt dress is a great closet staple. This one is slightly different from the one I have from Amazon. This is the Amazon Essentials brand, and it’s super soft, slightly stretchy, and all around comfy. I think it’s a really great option.
For the past few years, you can barely look sideways without seeing one of these “bodycon” ruched dresses. I ordered a medium to make sure it wasn’t skin tight. I think I could have possibly gone with the small. The thing I really like about this one is the length. It’s much better than it’s counterpart at Nordstrom.
My mom would always say, “you never know until you try it on”, and I find myself telling Katie that from time to time. This dress falls in that category. I almost didn’t even try it on, and when I did I was so happy. It is so cute. It’s a shirt material that’s nice and thick. It has pockets, a removable belt and buttons all the way down. This is seriously so cute, and so well made.
Then there is this little pink number. The color is just gorgeous, it has pockets, it’s fully lined, and the back has a cute little cut out at the top. It zips and then has a tie at the neck. I think this dress would be so perfect for so many occasions. Think bridal shower, baby shower, graduation, luncheon, church…I mean the possibilities are endless.
