Perfect Plaid Trench Coat

Happy Monday!!! So did anyone notice Friday I completely flaked and forgot to publish a post? Yep! I woke up Friday morning and realized I totally forgot. What is happening? Anyway, I’m back today with a super cute outfit from Chico’s and the star is this perfect plaid trench coat over the softest jeans and sweater.

This jacket is so cute, and the material is super soft. It’s called the Plush Plaid Trench, and I can completely see why. The material is truly so plush. The softness of the material is so good. The belt is removable, so you can wear it with or without. I personally like it tied, but it does look just as cute without the belt. I’m also really excited because the sleeves are the right length. Most coats/jackets, the sleeves are slightly too long, but these are perfect.

The jeans are believe it or not, ankle length. That’s one of my favorite things about ankle length pants being so popular, they are the perfect regular length on us shorter girls. These are also from Chico’s and I’m here to tell you their denim is insanely soft, moveable, stretchy and comfortable. It checks all the boxes.

I layered this perfect plaid trench coat over this crazy soft cashmere blend wrap sweater. Y’all, I have a couple of sweaters from Chico’s and they are all made of the softest knits. They are so comfortable and cozy they almost feel like jammies instead of a beautiful sweater. This one is banded at the bottom, but you can tuck it in or just turn the band up under. It’s very versatile, and just look at the gorgeous buttons on the cuffs. They are so beautiful and such a nice touch.
