Eat It or Wear It Friday Favorites

Hi friends! Happy Friday to ya’! Well you know if there are two things I love [besides my friends and family] it’s food and clothes. HA! So since today I’ve got some fun food finds and clothing finds to share with you, I figured, “Eat it or wear it Friday Favorites” was the perfect title for this one. Warning: It’s a little long, so refill your coffee and let’s get to it.

Coast to Coast Friday Favorites

If you are only an occasional reader then you may have missed Wednesdays post when I shared this fantastic color block cardigan. It comes in a variety of colors both stripes and solids. It’s super soft, a great price, and perfect for fall.

These necklaces are perfect for layering. The one on the left I just got (with Kent’s birthday discount at Kendra Scott…Happy Birthday to us….LOL). Remember, you can go in during your birthday month [or your spouses] and get a piece of jewelry for 50% off. They’ve also recently changed the birthday benefit…for the better, and you can not only get the 1/2 price piece, but you can also get 25% off a piece from their fine jewelry collection. The other necklace I’ve had a for about a year, and I wear it all.the.time. Both of these have a slider on them to adjust the length easily, and they will each layer with others.

I won a sample box of Overnight Oats bars on Instagram. They are super yummy. You know with any kind of bar, it can go both ways. Some are delish, and some…not so much. HA! These are delish. They are just the right amount for a quick snack or something to tide you over. They range in calories from 130-150.

I’ve shared this tank in white several times. I decided it was time to grab another one, so I ordered camo and snakeskin. They are both super cute. They are also both super comfy. These were 100% made for leggings, but can certainly be worn with jeans too.

Now for another great sweater. (currently on sale 25% off) This one! This one is the perfect piece to layer over these tanks and leggings, but again, it will go so well with jeans. You know I’m always on the hunt for good travel pieces. This one falls right into that category. So don’t be surprised when I take my next trip, next month if this is what I’m wearing. A sweater like this is also perfect for wearing over pjs.

How about some low carb treats? Several of my friends have been talking about these Atkins snacks/treats. Again, you never know how these will go, but I gave in and bought some. Let’s just say you should go for it if you’re looking for low carb options. These are [no exaggeration] delicious.

End of the season means end of the season sales. I ordered these three cute tops from Anthropologie. They are all so cute, made of a nice cotton that due to the style doesn’t require ironing, and they look cute layered under sweaters. The first two have smocking on the front, and the third is tiered. Both of these are style I adore. They’re all on sale with an additional 40% off.

Gimme ponytails, Coast to Coast Friday Favorites

Ponytail holders!!!! Have you heard of these Gimme ponytail holders? I’ve been seeing them on Instagram and tempted for a while. Well, you know the story. I had to do it. They come in a variety of sizes for different hair types and colors. The big ones are for thick hair…aka my hair, but there are also some for curly hair, fine hair and any hair. HA! They are supposed to not leave that annoying line on your hair when you take them out, but for me they still do, BUT here’s the headliner. They hold my hair up awesome! I can never get a high pony that stays due to the weight of my hair. Well what do you know? These work! They also hold my hair when I sleep. Usually I wake up in the morning with just the ends left in the ponytail. Now that’s a good look, let me just tell you. If you use the code LISA25, you can get 25% off site wide.

I was on the Target site the other day #shocking and saw all these cute jammies for the family.

First of all, I didn’t even know a Trader Joe’s cookbook existed. So YAY! Then I also came across this “Oh Gussie” cookbook. Katie and I love watching Kimberly (from Little Big Town) cook on Instagram. This girl is just the cutest, and I’d love to go cook and/or eat with her. You can follow her on IG here and I promise she will make you smile.
