Stay Home Friday Favorites

Hey guys! How’s it going? Welcome to stay home Friday favorites. We are almost through our 2nd week of “shelter in place”. I’d be lying if I didn’t say we were all ready to get out for a little while. Katie is definitely the most antsy. I spend the most time alone, so it’s not such a stretch for me, but I will definitely be ready to eat out. #tiredofcooking We’re not even getting take out, because it freaks me out. Who knows if someone preparing it, or working in the restaurant has been exposed and doesn’t know it. #bettersafethansorry I’d love to support these businesses, but not at the risk of my family.

Our friends at Old Navy are having a sale. GASP! 😂I ordered several things that have been trickling in. They’re comfy clothes. Imagine that. Grab some while they are 50% off.

I have a history with loving Old Navy hoodies, and guess what…this one is no exception. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
1. Tie-Dye (duh)
2. Super soft
3. Slits on the side that make it hang well

Now let’s talk joggers. These are a little different than your typical joggers. They’re not so much of a knit material. They are a little “sturdier” than that. Sounds weird, huh? They seem to have a little more structure that most joggers. Apparently I wasn’t the only person who liked them. I just checked and they appear to be sold out. Keep checking though, because ON tends to restock.

This is a darling “luxe” tank, meaning it’s a little stretchy and dressier, but works just as well with these joggers. I have big plans for wearing this with everything. Dressed up, down, all around. Layered and alone. It’s basically going to be a closet workhorse.

This is a super cute workout tank, but also would work with jeans or shorts. It’s got cute little slits up the back, and a “V” at the bottom. It can also be tied in a knot on the back. I wore it with my blue tie-dye leggings that I shared Wednesday.

Yet another version of the hoodie, but these are the Daily Ritual joggers from Amazon. Y’all, the Daily Ritual line is really good. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly encourage it.

Pixi eyeshadow palette

I recently got this Pixi eyeshadow palette and I am in love. The colors on the bottom row in the picture are my favorites, but a lot of them are pretty. This shadow goes on really well, stays well, and has the perfect amount of shimmer. I know some people believe over a certain age, you shouldn’t wear shimmery cosmetics, but I don’t subscribe to that. I say if you like it, you wear it.

Kent gave me a new St. Anne tote for Valentine’s Day, but when it came there was a small spot on the bottom. I had gotten the light leather, so when I sent it back I switched it out to the British Tan. I love it! Now I just need to be able to leave the house. LOL
GREAT NEWS!!! Use the code TOGETHER for 20% off. (they RARELY offer 20%, so strike while the discount is hot).

Tory Burch Sale

Sale talk! Tory Burch is having a spring sale and here are a some things that caught my eye on the site.

Katie and I have been working on this puzzle this week.

We started watching The People vs. O.J. Simpson Wednesday night. It’s a pretty good documentary, and if I’m saying that…well then you can definitely believe it. This girl does not watch documentaries. If you are looking for things to watch during our “Stay Home” period, I’d also recommend Law and Order True Crime – The Mendez Brothers, if you like documentaries.
