H&M Dressing Room Try On

Hi friends! How was your weekend? Ours was good. Uneventful. We did go order new glasses and sunglasses and I’m hopeful they’ll be in before we leave for vacation in 3 weeks. (YIPPEE!!) Today I’ve got a short and sweet H&M dressing room try on to share with you. A few weeks ago, I ran over to the outlets where we have a nice new H&M and spent a little time in the dressing room. I’m amazed at some of the things I find in there and the quality. I used to think H&M was really cheap, but I think they’ve really upped their game and have some nice things now, for a good price. I must have been in a dress kind of mood, because that’s mostly what I tried on.

These wrap dresses are the same, just in different prints, and are available in even a few more options. If you look closely, you’ll see I had to tie the straps in a knot to keep it from gaping open in the front. These are the perfect little dress for hot summer days, and you could probably throw a blazer on over top to make it office appropriate, if you work in a more casual environment.

This dress is another option that would be work appropriate and I think it would also work with a blazer. I think the ruffled cap sleeves are just so sweet and it’s lined, which is great since it’s a pretty sheer outer layer.

I was completely in love with this dress and really wanted (and should have) brought it home with me. It is absolutely adorable. I couldn’t find the black version online (it’s probably sold out), but here’s a really sweet blue floral option.

I couldn’t resist trying on a jumpsuit. They didn’t have my size, so it was either go big or squeeze into a smaller size. Can you guess what I did? Let’s just say, I couldn’t exhale. Even with the lack of oxygen, I loved this jumpsuit. The material was really nice and thick, it had pockets, and the proportions were actually really good. Again, I sure wish I “needed” it. I’ve got to find more places to go. LOL

I’m going to be 100% honest with y’all. When I took all of these in the dressing room, I had no idea how it would go, but I was so pleasantly surprised with all of them. This is just a great little jersey/cotton dress with an elastic waist and pockets. You could also add a belt to it to dress it up a little more.

Y’all have probably figured out by now that I really had a fondness for eyelet. I didn’t when I was a little girl and my mom was making me wear it (sorry mom), but I grew into it and love it now. This is like a fancy t-shirt. The front and back have the cute v-neck and make it special. The striped wide leg pants are cute too.

My favorites from this H&M dressing room try on were a toss up between this super fun and pretty long satin maxi and the ruffled dress. I think this dress would be a great option for so many occasions including a cruise, class reunion, or rehearsal dinner. If I had someplace to wear it, you better believe it would have come home with me.

I threw in a cute smocked red blouse with the shoppable images below. It reminds me a little of the red top I shared last week here. It also came from H&M and I plan to wear it with these jeans I got from Loft.
