Friday Favorites #148 and A Mother’s Day Giveaway

Happy Friday friends! You know for me it’s an extra happy one because I’m in Nashville soaking up time with my kids and friends. Katie and Luke showed up last night after we got to our friends and surprised us, so we’re off to a great start! It’s going to be a great weekend. I’m not going to leave you hanging with no Friday Favorites though and even better than that, I’m participating in a big ol’ Mother’s Day Giveaway for 3 lucky people. Can I get woop-woop?! ??

Since I’ve already shared a Mother’s Day gift guide with you I’m going to stick to a normal round up of favorites most of which would actually make great Mother’s Day gifts. Starting with something sweet. Literally.

It’s been a little bit since I raved about anything new from Trader Joe’s, but these are worth a shout out. I kept seeing them being recommended, but I’m not a huge fan of almond butter so I kept passing. I finally had to give them a try and let’s just say it turns out to be a double edged sword. They are so good I want to eat them all, #calories but I just have one occasionally. #thatswhatyoucallwillpower The dark chocolate makes them sooo good and I never thought I’d say it, but they give a Reese’s cup a run for their money. #gasp

If you missed Wednesday’s post, I shared this adorable floral “jumpsuit”. It’s actually two pieces and the fit is spectacular. For a short waisted gal, this is the way to go. When I ordered it I was figuring I’d only wear it this way, with both pieces, but I’ve got an entire post coming next week with 6 or 7 different ways to wear the two pieces. I gotta’ say, I love this. I paid full price, and y’all know that pretty much never happens. LOL

Rodan & Fields has a “rewards” program for consultants. I recently hit the marker for the first one and received these bluetooth earbuds. They sat in the box for weeks before I tried them out, and now I love them. They sound great (of course I’m no expert), and I love using them with my phone for music when I run/walk. I’ve also been using them in bed when I want to listen to stories on IG and don’t want to bother Kent. They are available in all price points here. If you’re looking for a good gift for mom or dad (Father’s Day will be here before we know it), a pair of these would be great.

Okay friends. No one is more surprised by this than I am. I kept seeing everybody and their dog raving about packing cubes. I mean, apparently you just can’t travel without these babies. Can I tell you, that it’s the gospel. I am a total convert. A true believer. A mega fan. Do you get the picture? I could.not.believe how awesome these things were when I packed for our trip yesterday. These would make a great gift for Mother’s Day or maybe an upcoming graduate. #seeingisbelieving P.S. They come in other fun colors.

I haven’t talked about Lash Boost is quite a while. Girls, this stuff is the real deal. I can’t truly convey the love I have for this product in writing, but like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. The pictures above are both of my eyes. The top one was take in 2013 and the bottom was taken this week. Long lashes are something I always wanted and envied other women who had them. Well now I have my own. A tube lasts 4 months and it’s a whole lot cheaper than extensions that have to be done every few weeks. This would be the ideal Mother’s Day gift. If you are interested in trying it, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. Ask me how to get 10% off and FREE shipping.

Oh Nickel and Suede leather earrings, how I love thee. Let me count the ways. Most days of the week, you’ll find me wearing one of my many pairs of these earrings. I was nervous when I ordered my first pair about the size and if I’d like them. I LOVE them with capital “L”. They are so light and I get so many compliments on them. I wear the medium size. Nickel & Suede wants to help you celebrate MOM (or yourself…LOL) with 15% off through Sunday. They rarely offer a discount, so take advantage of it. Here are some of my favorites.

If you’re new here, WELCOME and THANK YOU for stopping by. I hope you’ll subscribe to receive posts by email. Just scroll back up to the top and fill in the box on the left above my picture. You won’t get spammed, just an email anytime a new post is published, so you never miss out. I’d also love it if you’d follow me on InstagramFacebookPinterest and Twitter. The more followers I have, the more exposure I get, and that means more opportunity for growth and sharing things might be interested in. It’s a win-win. Thanks cutie! Ah, the donuts. We had them from two different places (and we never get donuts) What a treat. My stories dropped off drastically when I got to my parents, but we literally just hung out. I did a few things to help them around the house and it was great. XO
