It’s been quite a few months since I’ve linked up with these girls for What’s Up Wednesday, so it’s high time I jump in and share what’s going on with the Richardson’s here of late. What we’re eating this week…
Salmon and roasted carrots, red onion and asparagus.
Katie and I are still on our clean eating program which mean Kent is by default.
Spaghetti squash, roasted zucchini and yellow squash, shrimp and homemade marinara.
Baked cod, sauteed green beans and salad.
Buffalo chicken wraps and Cobb salad.

Trying to get in more water by adding citrus and mint to it…it’s not working. I’m just not a water drinker. I dare say I’m dehydrated most of the time since I gave up diet cokes ages ago and my beloved Crystal Light Peach Mango Green Tea when we started eating clean. That doesn’t leave me with many choices.
What I’m reminiscing about…
Being back at the beach. I see friends on vacations and want to go back to my happy place.
What I’m loving…
Having this girlie at home and getting to do lots of hanging out with her.

The end of summer and Katie going back to school which will actually be going to Florence, Italy for the semester. Exciting for her. Nerve wracking for the mama😉.

No huge projects, but changing up things here and there around the house and adding a few festive 4th of July decorations.

In a week and a half our friends we always stay with in Nashville will be here to visit and we can repay some of their never ending hospitality.
What I’m watching/reading…
Reruns! Is anyone else ready for the new seasons of TV to start? We are bored to death. We’ve watched everything we had recorded on the DVR and now we sit and wait.
I’ve come to the conclusion that all my past magazine reading has been replaced with blogs.

I’m in week 5 of 6 of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I can see a difference in the way my clothes fit and I can tell I’m getting stronger. Is this something y’all are interested in learning more about? I thought I’d do a post on it once I’m done.
Hope you’re having a great week. I was MIA yesterday. Monday I woke up with a stomach bug and slept most of the day and never got around to blogging. Thankfully yesterday was I almost completely back to myself and today I’ll be 100%.
