Laughter…The Best Medicine

I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve got some pretty funny friends.

Lately they’ve been posting things on Facebook and/or Instagram that at the very least make me chuckle if not out right laugh. Well who doesn’t like to laugh? You’ve probably heard the old saying, “Laughter is the best medicine”. Doctors have actually done research and proven these things to be benefits of laughter:

*lowers blood pressure
*reduces stress hormone levels
*works your abs
*improves cardiac health
*boost t-cells
*triggers the release of endorphins
*produces a general sense of well being

  I thought today I’d share with you some of the things that tickled me or a few that made me perhaps even “snort laugh”.

Hope you find something that brings a smile to your face and maybe even a chuckle.
